We used Homewatch CareGivers of Williamsport for Mom, but we had to cancel them because they couldn't get anybody to come to Tyrone. We used them for four to five months, and then that was it. They were always very helpful whenever I would call and talk to them. The workers that they had coming in were good.

We're using Homewatch CareGivers of Williamsport for my spouse. The caregivers are excellent. Their billing and scheduling need a little bit to be desired, but it's OK. Communication with the agency is good. We're very happy with the caregiver that they've assigned to us.
