I have been using Charter Home Health for about a year and a half now. They're excellent. I never had any problem with my caregiver. He had no issues here. I wasn't satisfied with a former healthcare company, but once I found Charter Home Health, they're making sure that I'm getting the services through my caregiver. Everything's fantastic with how they actually keep up in communication with me with what's going on, including the caregiver, they all give you updates. They're amazing just because of updates and the services that they provide. I got a caregiver that takes care of me on a daily basis. I need help with cleaning and cooking, and I need help moving around.

I have been using Charter Home Health. I'm very, very happy that we switched to them. They helped me with everything that I need, and they are very accommodating. They consistently check up to make sure that I'm satisfied with the service that I'm getting, and if I need anything. I love them, and I won't change. They help me as far as pointing me to the right direction to things that I needed in my home as far as grab bars. They help put me in touch with my coordinator and trying to help to make sure that I know what it is that I needed to make the right steps. The caretaker that I have goes above and beyond with my appointments. Overall, they help with things of that nature. Due to Covid where they're not allowed to make house visits, they actually called me a little bit more just to make sure I didn't need anything, and to me, that just meant the world. They're always on time with everything that I need. They have a very organized staff like I never have problems getting a hold of anyone. If I leave a message, they call me back in a timely fashion if they were busy. They answer the phone most of the time and the times that I leave a message, they call back within an hour, so the availability is awesome. I highly recommend that company for someone to use them. Throughout the Covid they would ask me if I needed any extra supplies like hand sanitizer or what they know which was kind of hard to get. I don't know if that was part of their job, but they always made sure I had a mask. I just thought that was really, really good.

I have been using Charter Home Health for two years now. They're great. I've never had any problems. They provide home health aide, and they help me with home delivered meals and stuff like that. If I need a ride somewhere, I just call them and they'll send a medical bus over here and pick me up and take me to my doctors. They help me get authorization numbers from my insurance provider. Scheduling is good. I have one care provider. She is a live-in because I got a lot of medical problems. She's great. I have no problems. I've known her like 17 years. We have been friends for 17 years. Anything I need, like if I have to go to the doctor, she takes me back and forth to the doctors. She makes a lot of my appointments for me. They're always there when I need them. If I need something or if I have a question about something, they're right there. They're very, very thoughtful and everything.

I have been using Charter Home Health for a year now. They help me with everything. I have a caregiver and she does all of that for me. She is very helpful. She helps me with everything. She assists me with daily activities. We go out for walks all the time. It is hot now, so we don't go out that much. She is on time. I would recommend them. They're very helpful. They help you with what you need. They call and ask you how you're doing.

To date, it has been a pleasure to work with Charter Home Health! I cannot say enough good about their resources (the aids), their resourcefulness, professionalism, their eagerness to do their jobs, their true caring and experience in dealing with my (92 year old) father. As well, the management of the agency has been particularly responsive and always checking to make sure that all is well. I highly recommend Charter Homer Health. So... I (and my father!) are lucky to have crossed paths with this agency!!
