Our interaction with the caregiver was phenomenal! You don’t know that you require the services until you do and the worry and anxiety is overwhelming. Our caregiver and her kind nature eliminated our fears. Homewell personnel were responsive to our needs and inquiries.

When I met HomeWell’s owner, Ms. Thompson I knew I made the right choice. Her agency covers Philadelphia & Delaware counties, which covered my parents residence. Then we met the team, that would take care of my mother and my mother’s defense barrier of maintaining her independence washed away. From the assessment, interviews and the implementation of care, their knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to continuity of care far exceed others we interviewed or considered. My mom has one caregiver rather than a different caregiver each week. Stefanie, the owner recommended that we speak with several HomeWell caregivers so we could select who we believed would be the best fit for our family. Thanks so much for your commitment to consistency and for providing superior compassion and care to our mom.

This agency is extremely responsive. Ms. Thompson the owner called me back within moments of me leaving a request on the website and was at my home the next day to perform a complementary assessment.
