I hired Erwine for wound care. The first consultation was immediate but after that their schedule starts on the following Tuesday so I was pretty much almost healed by the next visit. Be prepared To be bombarded with phone calls while you’re eating dinner in the evening and on the weekends. Then if you miss a call they show up at your door step. I would describe it as having boundary issues.

If you need care, this is NOT the agency for you. They are disorganized, rush through the work, and don't have any kind of schedule. Today they told us they'd be here around noon, at 2:30 my wife called and was told they weren't coming. Her dressing needs changed daily and our insurance is paying them for this service. They will not be back next week if I can get someone set up by then.

I have them for a few months and are currently going to switch they are unorganized and cant seem to get contact information correct they don't communicate with the doctors, when you have them for homehealth. I told them what my spouse can or can not tolerate my spouse also told them, and still they do not listen. the answering service can't seem to get the callback number correct not sure if its the answering service or nurses. My spouse needed blood work at the house the on call service made it seem like it was a chore and to much of a bother. OR WAS IT LESS PROFITABLE FOR THEM SO WHY BOTHER!!! who knows.

I would recommend Erwine Home Health to anybody. I have an aide that comes three days a week, and an LPN that comes once a week. My aide is wonderful. She's the greatest. I just felt comfortable with her. From the beginning we seem to go along really well. We're about ten years apart agewise, but we have a lot of things in common. She helps me get dressed and bathe, makes breakfast or lunch and other personal things. She's really a self starter. She seems to know what needs to be done. I've had very good experience with Erwine. I call them to ask questions or get in touch with people. They’re there if I need them.

they are wrong

WE had this company in the past everything was fine until a situtuation occurred my wife had fired them because of uncaring nurses .

I chose them for a family member and the provided care for the last month of his life. I would not recommend them nor even use them again. They were rude and did not contact doctor, they did not inform me of an infection that he had got that killed him. They let him suffer in pain as they said he was taking to much pain meds. DO NOT USE for your loved ones !!!!!!!! Only gave one star because I had too
