"Our experience with the service provided by Providence Home Health Care is fine so far. The caregivers are doing everything they're supposed to do. They do cleaning, changing, and bathing my father-in-law. What they can improve on is being responsive, like responding back to what we asked get done or changed. It takes them two to three days to get back to us. The communication is lacking."

"This review is shamefully overdue. Bright Star Home Care is the best at what they do. I've had nothing but positive experience. I'd particularly like to compliment Jenny, who is beyond wonderful! She is so on the ball, thoughtful, proactive and thorough. For instance, she had visited me just once. The next time she arrived, she had purchased cleaning and other supplies we'd just touched on in that first visit. I mean, weeks had gone by and she remembered and went to the trouble to acquire the items! She is a credit to Bright Star and a good example to the rest of us!"

"Bayada was coming to see my mom. All the nurses and therapist were wonderful. Not only did the work with my mom, they also worked closely with any of my questions or concerns. They explained all her therapy exercises to us both so we could understand them. They were always very pleasant and kind. I will diffidently recommend these women to al my friends and family!! "

"We have Hunterdon Healthcare for my mother-in-law. They get her out of bed, give her a shower, change her bedding, start her laundry, and make her breakfast. I wish I could have them all day. The caregiver is excellent, cheerful, and makes sure that she does what she needs to do."

"Private, local agency. Provides help for people leaving hospital or nursing home to readjust to home life. However, we are using them for terminal elder care for "pre-hospice" assistance as hospice criteria have become stiffer. Nurse comes twice a week. OT has visited to help with efficient movement, conservation of energy, etc. They have aides available for light housework and meal prep, but we haven't used them at this point. They are covered by Medigap insurance and re-evaluate after 30 days. Can be renewed. Very nice people and have been a good support. "

He gets an infusion once every 4 weeks. It has been much easier doing it at home. Scheduling has been flexible.
