The Owner began her career in the field of IDD (Intellectual Development Disabilities.) While working for one of the largest organizations in the United States providing care for individuals with disabilities, it was always her passion to take Direct Care to the next level. Thus, JayCare Elite was born! At JayCare Elite, our mission is to provide highly specialized, and comprehensive in-home care. We strive to help maintain the quality of life that our clients desire while encouraging independence in the comfort of their own homes. Your loved one will be in caring and loving hands. Each Individualized Service Plan or Plan of Care (ISP/POC) is personally developed by the Owner in cooperation with the family, and those who make up the Individual Support System (ISS).
