The nurses at Gallagher are excellent clinicians. My grandmother has had them care for her several times and we will not use any other agency.

This is the second time my mom has used Gallagher, there is no other home health agency for us! Super caring and efficient. Kept the family informed at all times. The palliative program is amazing. What a wonderful resource.

My dad just home, and we’re doing home health services from Gallagher Home. He is actually doing minimal walking and transfers to a wheelchair now. We got a match in just one day, and we have used them three times now. They educate -- which is very good -- and they communicate well with my mom.

My mother had Gallagher several times during her time with cancer and with hip surgery. They took excellent care of her. The nurse was amazing and the therapists were so professional and knowledgeable. My mom especially loved David the PT. I highly recommend this agency to anyone.

There therapist are very nice but do NOT seem to communicate well. As far as their nurse Pam she is the absolute worst. She is a home nurse and always trying to alway puts my grandmother in a nursing home. She talks to us like we're little kids. She is very unprofessional and rude. Pam should do her job and be thankful there are ppl still in there homes because if it wasn't for ppl at home she wouldn't have a job. I'd recommend everyone else but there nurse Pam.

We used Gallagher three years before for my husband and I brought them back when he was failing but we only used them for two weeks before he passed away. They were wonderful and I had no problems with them.

I had two options initially for a home care provider. I knew one of the people down at Gallagher and I've heard good things about them. They're also very close to where I live. They take care of the things I need. My mom will be 95 years old next Thursday. I think they treat her with respect. They're very caring. I think they care for her the way they would care for their own parents. They help her get dressed, bathe in the morning and prepare meals for her. I only had a couple of caregivers because they seemed to stick around. They've been there for a while and they're very attentive. We've had them there for 3 years at my house. My mother lived with my brother before that and we had Gallagher whenever we needed nursing care, like if she had a hospital stay. They're really good with that too. When she comes out of the hospital, they coordinate with the nurse's visits, the occupational therapy, physical therapy and any kind of follow up that I need with them. They even come and do blood work and so on.

Basically, it was a little bit of a home aide issue. I just needed it for six weeks and I completed it and everything went very well. The home aides were very responsive to my needs, so I am pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend Gallagher Home Health. They got back to me that day I inquired. They called that night and we got everything done and set up probably for like two days after they had contacted me. Very quick response and excellent service I got from them.
