I have Visiting Angels to assist my wife and I. She is Blind and I am an amputee so have trouble getting around the house sometimes. They help with bathing, dressing, housekeeping, errands, and preparing our meals. The caregivers are so helpful, and the office team is so nice. We don't know what we would do without Visiting Angels.

I am a family member who sought the assistance of Visiting Angels for my aging parents. I live out of state and am not as accessible to my parents to assist them with their daily living. Visiting Angels, and especially Marlon has been very patient, understanding and helpful in coordinating care and assistance my parents with transportation, errands, bathing, cleaning taking them to church, as well as communicating regularly with me. We are new to Visiting Angels, but have had positive experiences thus far. I am grateful for this service!

We've been using Visiting Angels for about three weeks. They've been providing companion services and errand transport to my mom. Mom likes the caregiver very much. I'm not a big fan of their billing, but I understand that they're a small business without a lot of capital to front money. The client contact, Marlin, is extremely gentle, patient, and empathetic. He took the time to understand Mom and her needs and to assess her, and he personally selected her aide based on her personality so the two of them would mesh very well. He made a point of visiting with the aide to see how they interacted prior to placing her. I found him to be a great comfort and a source for relief as I was panicked by the situation.

We have a home health aide from Visiting Angels. She bathes my mother-in-law, cooks, and is there all of the time. She takes my mother to the dentist and doctor's. They are great.
