I used Great Lakes Urgent Care for only six months. The one girl that came over, left my debit card at the store. I asked her to go back to get it, so she called the office and they said she didn't have to because it wasn't part of her job. The store was only a block away, but I had to wait almost a week for my debit card. I can't get it myself because I'm in a wheelchair. They didn't even send a nurse. They sent somebody who was probably an officer of the company, and she just told me about what the aide couldn't do.
