The care Universal provided me was second to none. I had not had any experience with home care before my total knee replacement. First, a nurse visited my home, took my vitals, check my incision, and then inspected my home to make sure it was safe for me to use a walker. She then made arrangements for physical therapists to come three times a week to assist me in my rehabilitation. As far as I'm concerned, they are the best in the business!
