The upper level people of Home Choice Health are fine. It's the hands on kind of lower paid end of the spectrum that's the problem, because they don't always do everything they're supposed to and they change so often. My father has personal assistance with dressing, bathing, and reminders for medications. The communication was kind of difficult. It's just not always there. If there's so many different people involved, it's hard to get to the right person and know who the right person is to talk to. The main office is at the Raleigh, and so that's not the same as being on the ground at the location. The only thing that Home Choice does right now is they provide the nurse that does his meds, the same guy for like five years, and that's the only reason I'm using them. I only communicate with him and I have no problems with them.
