We have twenty-four hour care from Home Careolina. So if someone is sick or can't come in, they're very quick to cover that space. We haven't had any trouble with the lapse. Right now, we're using two caregivers. We started out with more than that and now we're down to two because my mother is better and she doesn't need as many helpers. They do everything that I need for them to do. They are assisting with bathing, but I don't think they are supposed to be. They are just very helpful and they do what we need help with. They all enjoy what they do and all the girls have been very good. We only had one person that didn't work out and had to send her home. The agency was able to send someone immediately. I needed someone to come and spend the night in the nursing home to keep my mother safe, and then that person showed up the same day I asked for her. That same person stayed with her for two or three nights, and then came home and stayed overnight with her at home as a transition, so it was perfect.
