Some of the caregivers have been exceptional , some not so good. I would have liked better information on what happens when an aide is supposed to show up and doesn't. What steps does the agency take to make sure you will have an aide if you need one? With Personal Touch, sometimes weekends have been an issue. If the caregiver doesn't show up, sometimes you are left without a caregiver at the last moment.
