We're very happy with Griswold Home Care of Greater Rochester. They're prompt and professional. We're very satisfied. They do light housekeeping, cooking, getting me up in the morning, getting me dressed, and getting me set in the evening. The communication is very good. They had a difficult time filling the afternoon shift. Right now, we're getting 21 hours a week of service.

We've hired an in-home aide from Griswold Home Care for my parents. The aide is wonderful. We chose them because of their good response time and meeting with their staff. It worked out well.

I hired the agency to provide housekeeping and laundry services following surgery that involved a 6-12 month convalescence. They had difficulty with staffing, having three changes in 2 months. The most recent staff did very shoddy work. This included returning laundry to me unfit to wear due to wrinkling, leaving me to empty baskets and put laundry away. Damage to personal heirlooms and rearranging things. Then giving me 2 weeks notice, during which time I had no contact from the agency regarding continued services.
