I’ve used People’s care for the past 3 to 4 months highly disappointed there are constantly switching supervisors that handle my case. They lied to me numerous times, which I verified and 100% sure this agency is horrible. Nobody picks up the phone. I highly don’t recommend them. you definitely will be disappointed if you use them.

We've been using People Care, Inc. and it's working out very well. The caregivers are excellent and our experience with them has been excellent so far. We've been very lucky. My wife is incontinent so they help her with that, and they also help her with general care like bathing, companionship, and things you would normally do around the home. The billing goes directly to them.

I used People Care for my mom and the aide was so compassionate. She came in to my mom's house daily and provided personal care and has made such a difference in all of our lives. I am so thankful to this agency. The staff at the Manhattan office have all been wonderful.pconnin

We ended up using People Care, and we love them. We have friends who have used them, and they are unbelievable. We’ve just been so happy with them. I had inquired, and then I called someone, who was helpful; they sent in a nurse, and the next day we had an aide. She cooks, and she does a lot of personal care; she is just wonderful. She helps with personal care and exercises, she’ll remind them about medication, and she will do the grocery shopping. She is very loving and very supportive. Our aide is wonderful along with everyone that I have worked with there. I think their customer service is one of the reasons why I felt so comfortable. I only have good things to say, and I am very thankful.

We used People Care for two months now. They give me a bath, take me out, and they offer to do the cooking, but I said that I don’t want that. They have the same person coming in, and they are here for four hours.
