Welcome to Hand In Hand Adult Day Care! The providing of personal care services such as assistance with bathing, dressing, ambulation assistance,meal preparation, light housekeeping and companionship. Services are provided by certified Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Services may be provided in the home, hospital and other institutions. We meet the needs of the handicapped, disabled and convalescent adult clients. An admission assessment includes an evaluation by a Registered Nurse of the potential client and the home environment in order to identify home care needs. Care will be provided with the purpose of restoring or maintaining maximum levels of comfort, function and health for each individual.
