I’m extremely happy with the care provide to my grandma from beacon eldercare. My grandma has dementia and needs around the clock care. The kind and compassionate home health aids has really improved the life of my amazing grandma. I don’t know how my grandma would make it without this agency. She has been under there care for 6 wonderful years. We are very thankful for the professionalism and care from the staff. I highly recommend this agency !!!!!!!!!!!

The whole entire staff is not only amicably and knowledgeable, they take the extra step to resolve issues so you don't have to. Ms. Murphy diligently listens to the situation at hand, and provides solutions that all parties involved are happy with.

We hired the services of Beacon Eldercare for my mom. I liked that when I called, they called back. Someone was always willing to speak with you and they were hands-on. They worked with her until she found a good match that she wanted. She was able to change the caregivers until she found someone she was compatible with. Nobody was upset about it, everybody understood. It was really nice of them. The caregiver was very attentive to my mother. She helped with bathing, fixed meals, be with her every step of the way and just be with her. So far I had no problems.
