I have been with Busy Bees Senior Care for at four years. I have received a rare occasion where I was unhappy with an Individual, but I let them know and I never dealt with that person again. I would rate their in home care service as excellent and very reasonably priced. When I find an aide that I like, they have gone the extra mile to insure that I have the same aide. The feedback through text is wonderful and I have no problem with communication. I have recommended them to people that could use their services.
