My mother has early stages of Alzheimer and very forgetful. Life became a thing of the past and she was forgetting how to navigate through it. When we called Joy Professional Home Care Services, the nursing director sat down with our family to plan the most suitable care for my mom. She actually invited the companion to her office at no cost to us for us to talk to her and determine if she is the right companion that will meet my mother's needs. I thought that was very generous of her. After talking to three companions and decided on one. It has been awesome since then. My mother talks and laughs with her as if she is her daughter. I now have a peace of mind to go to work, vacations, and know we have a reliable help at home. She now lives-in and goes home on weekends if we do not need her. I am pleased to provide this review of Joy Professional Home Care. My mom was in need of companion care but was leery of having someone come to the home. They found the perfect fit for my mom and have gone out of there way to accommodate her needs.. They add a personal touch with everything they do. It is not just a job for them, they genuinely care and want to see your loved one not just maintain but to get better. My expectations have been exceeded.

Joy Professional Home Care Services has been very helpful with my family. When my grandmother left the hospital nothing was the same, she would eat, she would want to do anything, she didn't even want to play bingo which was her favorite thing to do. We contacted Joy Professional Home Care Services and they immediately answered us. They had us come in to the office to see which companion would fit best for my grandmother. Today my grandmother is a very happy person and has changed . She is now eating and doing all her favorite activities and she always wants her companion there.
