The person who comes is not able to get John to agree to bathing or feeding, or other needed things. It's not that helpful if the person coming to the home cannot do the things needed. They could improve their reliability.

The caregiver didn't do anything the first day. It was more of an orientation. It was a waste of two hours. They need to come to work and notify the client when they aren't going to come.

Home Helpers helped the most for her not be alone. However, Home Helpers sent someone who was young and didn't have enough experience. The agency could improve on the quality of their people they sent over.

They made it easy, the guy came out with a contract, and explained everything in detail. It was great. I liked that they found somebody for me when no one else could.

They fill my contract time up. I am supposed to have someone here from Monday through Friday. When there are not any problems, Cassandra is here. The only problem with Home Helpers is that they do not provide coverage. They need to improve the coverage. When a nurse or a helper does not show, I am left with an open day. I am glad when they are in the house and they help me. I could have 3 or 4 days or a week without anyone being here. They treat me and my mother well.

I would like them to make sure they are equipped to care for my dad. I think this last caregiver we had broke our TV. I would like them to have better communication with me.

There are a lot of things I do myself the days they're not here because I want something to do. There's not much for them to do except little things around the house. When they come, they do what they see has to be done. They're very efficient and friendly. I have no problems with any of them. I really appreciate what they do.

The most important thing is to help me shower and cook with my meals. I like the individual care that I get, and the contact they have with me.

They use a lift to get him out and bed and put him a wheelchair, because he can't get out of bed himself. I like the two nurses that come here Saturday and Sunday.

He couldn't do anything without help. They fed, changed, and washed him. I liked that it was more about the aide and she was very dependable. I always knew she was going to be here.

It helps me to not have to go there all the time and do things for her. She has someone to talk to every day too. Before, she wasn't doing anything, they have lifted her spirits. My mom likes them and most of the people that go there, she likes.
