I needed someone to come in and bathe my handicapped mother. I could no longer lift my mom into the shower and I needed someone who would be as gentle and caring as I am but had the training to deal with someone in my mother's condition. Out of a list of 20 agencies VitaCare had the nicest and most knowledgeable people. They had the cheapest rate and no minimum hours, which was very important since Medicare does not pay for in home care. The most important thing though is that my mom felt very comfortable with the ladies who came out, which put my mind at ease.
