We're currently working with Angelic Nursing & Home Care Registry, Inc. and I have nothing but good words to say for them. Most of all, I appreciate the fact that these girls are experienced. Second of all, they have their COVID shots. Plus, they are very pleasant to have in the house. The nurses are better than the manager of the agency. One of the things I like about the agency even with short notice, is they have been able to provide good assistance, I would say, and I appreciate that. There was a time when I didn't know exactly when my husband was going to be released from rehab, and on very short notice, they were able to provide CNAs, so I think that's a real positive. I think September was maybe my first experience calling them. The primary function is to take care of my husband and that includes bathing and getting his clothes. They get him ready at night and in the morning. They help you in the daytime with light housekeeping. She keeps my stove cleaner than me. They come in daily. One aide comes from 9:00 in the morning until 1:00 in the afternoon, and the CNA comes at night at 8:00 and leaves in the morning at 7:00. I like them very much. They seem educated with nice personalities. They're two different gals from different countries but we enjoy having both in the house. We feel we're fortunate to have found them. We did have one or two that weren't a good fit. And that's not for lack of skills but lack of personality. I did have an issue with the billing that I received. A couple of bills were incorrect. They could use a bit of help in that department.
