We provide Skilled Nursing, I.V. Therapy, Wound Care, Ostomy Care and Teach Medication Management. A Case Manager is assigned to each client and works with the physician to supply the client with all services required. The Registered Nurse coordinates all care, supervises the ancillary staff and is on-call for problems, should they arise.
