We are using 1Care Home Health Care for my mom. When our primary care doctor sent the referral to 1Care Home Health Care, it took them a couple of days only to reach out to me. Crystal asked me appropriate questions to determine what the primary needs for my mom would be, and the home health care nurse, Pedro, is very good with my mom. He has helped to educate her on her medications, although she cannot remember, but he shows interest and empathy in her well-being. The social worker has been encouraging in helping my mom with her desire to be independent in her own home, and how to stay active and busy, so that she doesn't have as much sofa and television time. They've been very attentive to the specific needs, and their communication when necessary has been very good.
