This company does not act professionally. I called to set up an appointment. The owner of the company was scheduled to come by for a house visit and an evaluation, but did not show for the appointment. I called and was informed the owner had not arrived and that they did not know what was going on. The person I spoke with said they would contact me ASAP to reschedule. I never heard from them again. If a company can't follow common good business practices like keeping appointments and calling someone back, then you probably should wonder if they can take care of you or your loved one.

Scheduling is a nightmare. Company doesn't have reliable staff that can handle the elderly. Was dropped because one of the caregivers feelings were hurt (employee claimed she was yelled at) they took the employees word over the client.

we used Them for 6 months. We were not impressed. If an aide called in sick, they did not replace them! The boss Sean did not seem to care and never even called to see how things were going... He is all about the money !!!!!!!
