ACM has been so caring and responsive to my mom's needs. They were always so calm and polite even when mom was being difficult. They responded quickly to emergencies at all hours, 7 days a week.

ACM Care was started in 1999 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for frail elderly and disabled persons. We currently have three offices serving the local regions of St Louis, Peoria, and Chicago. ACM Care staff work with senior citizens and disabled persons, and their families to address unmet needs including health care, nursing home and assisted living care and placement, community resources, and education. Our goal is to support the client and their family through periods of transition, provide preventative care whenever possible, and maintaining a certain quality of life. Acm Care is a company I would thoroughly recommend for everything they have handled for me since September 2007. The nurses assist with all of my medical needs including driving and attending doctor appointments with me.
