We have signed up with Qualicare - Lee Summit MO. I talked to a couple of different places, and Qualicare just really seemed to get it. They understood what I needed for my dad. We have been using them for six months now. They tried to match my dad up with somebody that would work out great, like somebody compatible with him, and it has been excellent. He has gotten along with everybody. Right now, he has two caregivers. One comes during the day and one at night, and he likes them a lot, so it has been great for him. The billing is super easy. They send the invoice to me so I can review it.

We are using the services of Qualicare KC - Lee Summit MO. They offer companionship to my husband. The caregiver is excellent, professional, cheerful, and thoughtful. My husband loved them. Billing and scheduling is top-notch. They truly went out of their way. Anytime I needed help, they bent over backward to try and accommodate my needs. Communication is very good.
