Staff improperly trained, even higher ups. Anyone with a high school diploma can work here, but they should require education in social services. The head cook, sham serves week old food without gloves or an apron. The serving area for food has been under construction for months and is highly unsanitary. The prep table rarely gets washed and Tim the cook sits on in. There are countless health code and ethical violations and I wouldn't recommend this place to my dead grandmother.
