I have Touching Hearts at Home for my dad. They were really quick to respond. We needed somebody here; almost immediately they were out within the day. Somebody came out, interviewed me, asked me what we needed, and had everything set up and ready to go. They are just right on top of the game. They really are very, very accommodating, always asking if there is anything else they could do. They also have somebody who will come out and set up meds once a month. They work around your hours. They are just helpful. The person who we have coming to be with my dad is really, really good with him. She is just very, very good with him. They are positive. The woman who came in the first day was the kind of person who steps right up. She just knew what needed to be done.
