We used Senior Helpers North Metro for my dad. She came in and did some cleaning. She spent more time with my dad getting him outside, going for a little walk, and running errands for him. The caregiver was friendly, and I liked that she felt at ease working with my dad because it made him feel at ease. She was kind, helpful, and all-around wonderful. They did the billing out of their office, which I believe my mother wrote them a check when the bill came.

My mother has been using Senior Helpers North Metro for about a week and a half now. The services are wonderful. They are doing everything that we need at this time. Our caregiver is outstanding, and the owner of the company is terrific. He has gone, in my opinion, above and beyond to help us. They come two days a week, four hours a day right now. They do meal prep, laundry, and change the sheets and bedding. They will be in the house when Mom takes her showers. They don't need to assist her. They have that level if we needed it, but we don't. They will take her to appointments, to a grocery store, those kinds of things. They are working terrifically. They have been just outstanding for us.
