My husband is using Senior Tender Love and Care - White Lake, MI. Right now, they're providing more companionship and cognitive supervision. I'm happy with the caregiver they sent over, and I felt very comfortable. The caregiver is very good. She and my husband get along, and both have smiles on their faces. I can tell he's happy, content, and safe. The communication is very good. I've had a lot of last-minute things that have come up, and they always try to meet my needs. They've done exceptionally well.

I am using Senior Tender Love and Care, White Lake, MI for my mom. The caregiver is very good. They are giving her services like dressing, feeding, helping her bathe, and taking her by wheelchair to various functions. Their scheduling is excellent. They're very flexible. Their billing is very efficient.

I'm with Senior Tender Love and Care and they are wonderful. I went with them because they had more insight into what was needed for somebody at home with special needs. They have nurses, and the other caregiver is wonderful. We have two more starting next week. I know one of them has years of experience. They make food, they clean the house, and they organize things. They're just great. They're taking excellent care of my husband. They've been here for only a week now. They're very honest and very conscientious. They're very caring toward the people that they're taking care of. The owner has a lot of contacts, so she's able to provide the names, addresses, and contact numbers for possible Veterans Associations and a lot of different places that could give you benefits. It is less expensive than some of the other places and maybe a dollar or two an hour more expensive than some of the other places that I interviewed, but I think we're getting very good value for our money.
