I can not say enough about the wonderful level of care that Vicky provides for my parents. This is the 3rd agency that I went through to find home care for my elderly parents. My mother passed away shortly after we found this agency, it was due to the horrible level of care from the previous agency. I am sure that my mother would have lived longer if I had found Care & Rehab sooner to take care of her. Vicky makes sure the care givers that come to our home are honest, caring and hard working people. If for some reason a care giver can't make it, Vicky or her husband come out and make sure my father has dinner and what ever else he needs. I don't have to worry about my 97 year old father anymore, because I know that Vicky has his best interest at heart. They care givers prepare his meals, do laundry, clean up the house and sometimes drive him to his doctor's appointments. Vicky always knows what is happening at the house with my father and the caregivers. Vicky is always responsive, even when she was in the hospital herself, she responded to me with an answer to one of my questions. This is truly a great company!!
