I’m truly sorry you had a negative experience with Affordable HomeCare. Even though our staff are provided very clear direction from a Registered Nurse on what to do, each individual receiving care has their own set of specific needs, wants, and routine that we cannot predict. Just like any relationship, these preferences typically require some time for our Caregivers to become familiar with. The advantage of working with Affordable HomeCare is that we can help speed up that learning process when Clients provide us with helpful feedback. Unfortunately, we were not allowed that opportunity with this Client as they wouldn’t let us address learning opportunities with our Caregivers. This resulted in the Client never truly being satisfied, despite our efforts and timely management responses. Caregivers are people not products and cannot be expected to work flawlessly without at least some coaching.
