They have been helpful with conveying messages because my sister can not really talk. We started getting help too late, I wish we had done this sooner because it has been helpful to us to go back to our regular routine without being worried about my sister. I like that the owner of the company all the way to the field supervisor all take their time to talk with you.

In general, the care was good but not exceptional. After the incident, I chose to look elsewhere. We had a caregiver who was not qualified to work with someone with Alzheimer's. The supervisor talked down to me when I called to talk to them about it.

The main thing is the companionship. It's great to have someone in the home. I'm very pleased with the service. I like that the helpers are really great. I couldn't ask for a better helper and I like my interactions with Ms. Denise.

Gives my wife time to run errands while I get socialize with another person. I like love the person who comes out they are friendly, on time, and do what I expect her to do. Her supervisor also checks in on us from time to time and they are flexible with their hours.

Home Helpers has made a huge difference to my parents’ life and therefore my own. I find the caregivers actually do care and are not just doing the job. The managers are all caregivers themselves and are able to pitch in during the inevitable times that a caregiver is unable to be there in time or needs to leave early for a family emergency.
