I have used Affinity Home Care - East Longmeadow, MA several weeks off and on. Often their aides were late. Occasionally they would call and ask if they could go home early. In general, they were not reliable. They sent at least three different people within that contract. Communication with the agency was not good. They provided in-home care, meals, assistance with personal grooming, the bathroom, and going out for walks with her. I would not use that agency again if I had to use an agency.
