I'm up all night concerned if they're staying awake because I don't have faith in them because they are new with them so I need people that I know can take care of him. For me to recommend them more they need to stop sending different people at night because my husband is not familiar with them and they aren't familiar with him.

There is some medical care that they do and we feel pretty comfortable with them. They don't need supervision. They know what they are doing. Everyone who has come in has been very helpful. The nurses and administration are pretty satisfactory.

Just being here was a big help to me, but one of the caregivers helped me when I had to set up a lot of medicines for the week and it was super helpful. I like the quality of the people that were sent. The people were very well trained and excellent. Everything was perfect. If I needed help again I would call on BrightStar Care before other agencies.

The caregivers need to have better judgement calls. My caregiver left at three and at 3:20 I have to call 911 because my mom was unresponsive. The caregivers need to communicate with us what is going on.

They're caring for my 93 year old mother that has dementia. They care about her like their own mother, and they are conscious of all her needs. It truly takes a lot off of my plate. They have great followup, great nursing oversight, and great care. The woman I have is terrific.

They left a folder of information to whoever signed on for an eight hour shift. I would like to see more detail about my dad in it. We needed someone in a short time frame, and they were here an hour later. They came quickly.

My mom got sick suddenly, and I needed the service desperately. We needed them there 24/7 to care for my mom. It meant a great deal to my siblings and me, who had been trying to take care of everything before we hired BrightStar Care. When I was looking for someone, they responded very quickly. It was the owner who called back, and he proactively answered my questions.

They could have engaged her more in activities. My mother would call me and ask me about making lunch and they would play on their phone. We had an issue with the person we got at first. It seemed like she would be a perfect fit, but she would leave early and she wouldn't engage with my mother. They brought another person and we hear she had an emergency and someone else showed up. We now think we have the person we want.

A Google User A Google User just now I give it 1 star just because I have to select 1 but thumbs down is my rating. This place sucks with 24 hr care, hasn't been 2 years I've had their service and had 200+ people come to my house. I've had nurses who need help with taking care of issues like PTSD come take care of me and it's like i have to take care of them, a lot of unprofessional people like nurses who don't even know what a pressure cuff is etc. The night shift people come in shower caps, fuzzy slippers and clothing ready to sleep and is what they do. I'm a paraplegic and need to be repositioned every 2 hrs while in bed and if I dont scream their name to wake them up they'll sleep through the whole shift. The owner Chris all he worries about is a paycheck and sends anyone to the patients house just to cover his ass and say his employee was here, I've had my narcotics stolen(a out 60 dilated pills and 20+valium), their first nurse overdosed me on valium to where I had 4 breathes per minute when emts arrived. It's only a few good employees they have and it suck they gave to work for this poor service giving company. Overall from 1-10 I'll give it a 0.5 just to be nice. Att. DAVID MARTINEZ

Without them, she wouldn't have her daily feeding and she wouldn't be surviving. They are professional and they worked with us on a difficult discharge from the hospital. They are the best agency I have worked with yet.
