We had the intake nurse from Hospice of Charles County come out to evaluate my husband. The RN and the social worker came, too, and they were all very nice and very professional. They gave me a lot of information and suggestions. I've had them for a week now and so far what they did was they took his vitals, his blood pressure, his pulse, weight, and stuff like that. At this point, I definitely would recommend them.

Sorely understaffed. One nurse and one tech cannot provide the medical, dietary, and hygiene requirements for an entire hospice in a timely and consistent fashion. It was so hard to see my parent spend their last weeks under these conditions. We were under the impression that it was going to be different.

My brother spent his last days in hospice. We’re completely satisfied with Hospice of Charles County. We gave them a donation afterwards just because they did such a good job taking care of my brother. We were very pleased with them. I absolutely recommend them. They handled everything extremely well. They handled us, they handled the visitors, and they took care of my brother. They walked through with us. They allowed us to come in anytime we wanted to come. It was top of the line.

I used the Hospice for my husband before he died because they responded to my phone call when I was looking for a place for my husband. The staff was wonderful and caring. I recommend this place to others.
