All caregivers are trained to assist each client with their activities of daily living (ADL). Our caregivers are bonded, insured, experienced and carefully screened. The Certified Nursing Assistant is a member of our home care team who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. The nursing assistant is responsible for observing clients, reporting these observations and care performed. The CNA is assigned in a manner that promotes quality and safety of each client’s care and needs. Our aides are monitored by Registered Nurses on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction.
