I am a current client of this provider
The caregivers have had a positive impact because they do what we're asking them to do. I am not sure what the agency needs to improve on. I like the attention they give to the client. We haven't really signed up for a full service from them. They're just on a very limited plan, but what they do, they do fine. They're timely, and I think they check on her as they should. With anybody I have been around, they're pleasant people, and they do seem to care. I think that's good customer relations by them.

They could have a greater impact on my life by hiring some good people. For example, I asked someone to come help me, they responded yes, but never showed up! They never show up to call to tell me they aren't coming. I had one day that I was feeling really bad, and ten after eleven, I called and told them I really needed help. Finally, at twelve twenty, I called the general manager, and she had to come in and pick me off the floor. I would leave them if I had someone else to go to. I would recommend them if they would respond when I ask for care. Most of the time they don't even show up.

They help by bathing and escorting people to the dining hall. I would recommend them because they give a good service. They help those who can't help themselves.

They are doing their job and that's what matters. They can send out more qualified people every time. There's been quite a few weekends where they haven't had qualified people.

I need someone to take care of the little things like making the bed, dishes, and delivering meals. I miss not being able to have 2 meals a day delivered to me when I need it.

The most helpful has been being able to do some walking and shopping. Sometimes they are not on time and I do not like that they pre sign before they come here. That is wrong and they show up a half hour later.

I would like them to be in communication with me more because I live beside him, so it would be nice to have information relayed to me concerning his problems. I would like there to be willingness to clean more.
