I chose Senior Helpers Greenfield because I had referrals from other people that have used them in the past, as well as them being local. For me, I try to always use local whenever possible, especially if they get as good or better reviews than anything else. They are offering some personal care as well as companionship to my mom. The lady they sent us has had a wonderful bond with her and is doing well. I have no complaints. She seems to be very helpful, patient, and calm, and my mom likes her. That's all that's important. They take care of everything nicely. They bill us for the time and they keep track of it. They inform me when there's not going to be somebody there that I can get coverage and they also provide a billing service when we pay our bill. They also submit that to the long-term health insurance that we have. They go ahead and relay that payment to that group. They take care of all that for me. They've been super helpful and very supportive of everything that we did. They cared, responded to me, and offered suggestions. They're a great group and they care.

Senior Helpers' level of care for my mom is considered companion care, so they help with light housekeeping, bathing, cooking, and laundry services. The caregivers are both very accommodating.
