My name is Liz R. I am an aging senior with medical and in home care assistance needs. This is a new dynamic in my life to need care. I do not know how to navigate to obtain services that my doctor has made a referral for me to acquire. I am in dire need of professional medical help. I called At Home and spoke to Shelby. Shelby was knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring, and compassionate. Unfortunately, I discovered that At Home is not in my insurance network, but Shelby went the extra mile anyway and researched for me and gave me information to proceed on to get the help I need. Shelby made phone calls and gave me resources. Shelby was an advocate for me pointing me in the right direction to get much needed help. Shelby genuinely cared about my situation and she earnestly pursued investigating and getting a solution for me. Shelby listened to my concerns. Shelby put her words into action and made a difference in my life in the pursuit of in home care. Shelby cares about the patient as a human being, and treated me with patience and respect. Shelby was thorough in all that she did on my behalf and even said I can call her if I need future assistance. I am amazed that Shelby did all this for me in spite of the fact that my insurance will not cover At Home. Shelby did not hesitate to assist me. I am amazed at the knowledge Shelby has in helping a senior like me. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for the help Shelby gave me. After our phone call, I shed tears of gratitude for her help. She gave me knowledge that I needed to get to my much needed outcome of home care. Shelby represents At Home well. She was my first contact with At Home. In the future, if At Home accepts my insurance, I will look forward to acquiring their services. Thank you to Shelby for a job well done.
