Frederick County, Virginia, offers property tax relief to residents who are 65 or older and earn no more than $50,000 per year. Applicants’ net worth must not exceed $150,000, excluding their primary residence and up to 1 acre of land. Residents may also qualify for a partial exemption on nonspousal income.
