"We've been using Home Instead off and on for about four months now. We're averaging about six hours a day, four days a week. They worked the best to find a good fit for my mom. When she didn't care for somebody, I just said, "Don't send that person back, we need somebody different." They took care of it then. They did try different things and finally she seems to be happy now with who's there. We have three or four different ones and they seem to do a nice job.
