If I need schedule adjustments or if they have schedule adjustments, they always communicate with me and let me know. They match me up very good with the caregiver. I've had two permanent caregivers so far and both were good. One I think is no longer with the company, but the one I have now is awesome. I get housekeeping. "We've been using Home Instead off and on for about four months now. We're averaging about six hours a day, four days a week. They worked the best to find a good fit for my mom. When she didn't care for somebody, I just said, "Don't send that person back, we need somebody different." They took care of it then. They did try different things and finally she seems to be happy now with who's there. We have three or four different ones and they seem to do a nice job.
