"I'm working with them for my husband. He is disabled. They send a person out four hours a week. She takes over for me for that day and she does a really good job. They've got really good people. She washes my husband's clothes. She folds them up and put them away in the drawers. She does all the dishes and vacuums. They take care of the house and the area that I would have to take care of for my husband's sake. They're very good at it. One time my caregiver called the office, and they sent somebody else. There was no problem with that. She is always on time, and she never leaves early. She's working from the moment she gets there to the time she leaves. She is really good. The staff in the office are very efficient. They've been very nice and very sweet. However, I had a little bit of trouble scheduling. They don't want me to not have anybody come. They have to have somebody come one way or the other because they need their money. This had only happened once, and things worked out fine."

"I'm using Home Helpers Home Care of Elk Grove for my husband. I have them four days a week, six hours each time. They are fabulous. They're relatively new. Whenever I have a question, if I call them, they answer right away, or if I text them, they text me back within 10 minutes. They are very supportive. The caregivers are super. You can tell they all have experience. My husband is so motivated and excited when they come. They are all so good with him. They're with him every second and don't get frustrated like I do. They provide him with good experiences. My husband has three different ones and there are no complaints. They're just fabulous."

But right now, they got mom a person who is willing and able to take care of my mother. At the beginning they were sending people that were really young and she could not relate to them that much but now she got somebody that talks to her and so forth and helps her out a lot. She is finally happy because it is somebody that can be there a lot. I've requested additional time from Partners in Care before from their caregivers and a lot of the time they say everybody is scheduled out. They're good but they're not great."

Stacey seemed confident that she could provide adequate care for my father's changing needs. Over the course of the past three weeks she has been tremendously accommodating. She was ready with care as soon as my father was discharged from the hospital, and when an accident landed him back into the hospital within days of his initial discharge, she put the breaks on his care and was ready to resume it as soon as he was discharged a second time. My father has had five or six caregivers from Ally over the past three weeks and each one of them has been professional, kind, easy to work with and capable. They have all been respectful of my father and willing to work with the recommendations set by the home healthcare nurses and therapists my father sees. "I am using Seniors Helping Seniors Greater Sacramento for my mom. They're helping her with showering, cooking, cleaning, and typical stuff. Their billing is fine, and they do that weekly. It's nice that they have people in the same age range as my mom, versus sending out a 20 or 30-year-old who runs circles around her and makes her trip and fall. But then, at the same time, now I've got this 75-year-old woman who's really slow. So, I don't know what's better, the 30-year-old, the 20, or the slow 75-year-old. I was very shocked that I got a person who's 75 years old, but we're working with it."
