The owner of this company (Jonathan) has been very helpful and extremely understanding in arranging and maintaining caregivers for both my parents even though they reside in an assisted living apartment building. The caregivers assigned by this company are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my parents multiple difficulties.

Jonathan was very responsive to my initial request for information regarding home care for a family member. He provided a wonderful caregiver named Tobi. Tobi is always punctual, and his demeanor is calm and caring. The patient lives alone, so Tobi is attentive to his hygiene and food intake. He also does light housekeeping. The main thing that Tobi provides is companionship to the patient, which gives our family peace of mind. We are very happy with Advent.

Jonathan and his staff were a blessing to our family at a very difficult time when our father was very ill. They went above and beyond our expectations in selecting wonderful live-in caregivers and in following up to be sure our family was happy with the care being provided. They were available 24/7 if we ever needed anything or had questions. Among other things, the caregivers provided meal preparation and clean up, personal care such as bathing assistance, lift assistance from chair and bed, laundry and tasks such as accompanying him to doctors appointments when our family was unable to do so. We highly recommend Advent Care and owners Jonathan and Camille.

Jonathan and his team are incredibly easy to work with! I am able to reach them 24/7 with any questions. When looking for a home health assistant, they were easily able to work with our needs and provide consistent care takers to avoid any disruptions in continuity of care. The care takers are always on time and there are never unwanted surprises.
