My 100-year-old aunt has been using LifeStyle Options Inc for six years now. She lives in an independent living facility and this organization has an office right there in the building, but I'm not overly impressed with them. They get her to the bathroom, get her cleaned up, make her meals, and keep track of her from trying to walk on her own and falling. There's no consistency with the caregiver because they rotate. She'll have somebody who's really good one day and somebody who's terrible the next day. They're on-site, so they're pretty responsive.

I just wanted to write and let you know how much the services of WJ were appreciated by my mother and our entire family. WJ came to us in August as a full-time livein and quickly became part of our family. Mom loved her and called her “Angel” as she was always so gentle, kind and compassionate. When Mom’s illness became more serious this past January, WJ stepped up in every way we could possibly ask of her when mom went to home hospice. Although it was a very tough 26 days later, WJ never lost her wonderful spirit and kindness she showed to Mom in every way touched my heart and will never be forgotten. She is a ture “angel” and we were blessed to have her with us. Some people just have a calling for this type of work and WJ is truly one of those individuals. Anyone who receives her service is very lucky. I hope you treasure her as an employee as much as we did having her with us.

I chose LifeStyleOptions to provide live in assistance to my father in the last year of his life. They took care of his every need. This allowed him to stay in the familiar surroundings of his home where he felt most comfortable. The women who cared for my father were compassionate and professional. They prepared meals, administered medication and helped him around the house. I would recommend LifeStyleOptions to anyone who needs help providing additional in home care for their loved one. They're great!
