Do not go there: they are telling you sky high phraseology, promises as some other frainchise agencies do, and very soon you will discover they never meant what they told you. Stay away or you will regret it just as we are now.

Not Reliable Help!!!! Slept on the job!!!! Did not help unless we were watching!!!! Very Heartbreaking for our Dad!!!! Very Sad for our family!!!! Would never get them again!!!!

We are using Visiting Angels for my father-in-law. It has been working out great. My father-in-law is 96, has dementia, and can't be alone. They help him go to the bathroom, get dressed, help him eat, and help him shower. Everything is fine with the people, but it's my father-in-law that's the problem. He is not happy and he doesn't like having anyone there. We don't need anyone everyday, so each week is different. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend Visiting Angels.

We have a solution that is working right now, and it is not an assisted living community. We are just having in-home nursing, and we are doing it with Visiting Angels. They come in every morning for four hours and in the evening for two hours. In the morning, they come in and make sure that he has his morning medicine, and they help him get dressed, go to the bathroom, change his clothes, and that type of thing. They are flexible and are trying to work with us, and they send their assisted care, so these are the big reasons why we like them.
