This private company is owned and run by an R.N. She is an excellent business woman, but more importantly, a giving and caring person. I believe she and her entire multidisciplinary staff are all from the Phillipines. That culture has a history of respecting family, especially elders. The country is also known for its excellent nurses. I utilized their Nursing and Physical Therapy services, after they were literally "prescribed" by my physician, specifically to this company. Thus far I have only two suggestions : they SHOULD NOT show a preference for Medicare, merely because they ask for less "paperwork". Medicare, unlike private insurance companies that are more diligent in documentation, is an agency of the federal government. We all know how well the government "manages" our money. It is not impressive. The second issue, has been complaints or hesitancy from all, at this company, regarding visiting certain areas because of parking worries. This is NOT the fault of patients. This is the company responsibility.

I didn't like Primecare Home Health Services because their caregivers speak English that I don't understand and they didn't have compassion for what they were doing. I didn't think they properly took care of me. They didn't come at the time they were supposed to and they left when they wanted to. I wasn't happy at all.
