NorthShore Home Care currently provides live-in care for my 90 year old Mother. They have been wonderful to work with. Melody has gone above and beyond to learn what type of care Mom requires and to provide caregivers that match her needs. She has made several trips out to the house and really cares about how things are going. I can send emails and texts at all hours and she responds right away. We, as a family, are very happy with their service!
