A provider from Addus for my was wonderful, She was respectful treated my mom and family as her very own, I didn't like the fact that Addus get these worker as herself and treat them bad, not responding back to the questions, Addus don't explain things the same way between workers and clients. If she didn't show my mom the love and respect, I would had my mom leave Addus. This lady went out of her way. She was always there, Did things like a family member would do for their love ones. Addus don't give these providers certificate of thanks or nothing. Before my mom died she always talked very highly of his lady. Ms. M. Vinson She even told this lady how proud ,she was to have her as provider. Addus need to organized first before trying get all these clients and workers show your workers love and respect. Get your office together respond back seniors don't email give them a call say hey is everything going good. That keep your worker happy and they will keep the clients happy. Thank god for the provider my mom received to take care of her in her time of need, my mom need a lot of help. I just wasn't enough alone. I help take care of my mom, Off the clock the provider came to see about my mom and helped at hospital. When mom got ready come home, Provider came by the house make it comfortable help me give my mom her wish to die at home. When my mom passed away this lady stay with my mom respected the family. She stayed off the clock until my mom body was picked up. Its was late that night. I would give her all the stars in world to this lady. The star missing is how Addus office didn't respond 4 stars is the lady whom provided for my mom. Thank you Ms. M. Vinson you don't understand how proud my mom was of having you here and my family too.

We had a caregiver from Addus Home Care that comes in for my dad. What they do is they accompany my dad and do light housekeeping. The caregiver was just alright. They management staff did not communicate well to me. They were poor and unorganized. Overall, it's a poor service.

Company doesn't answer phones, supervisors don't respond back and service is awful they get your business then forget you are their client.
